Video visits are available without the need for an appointment. Patients can select a provider, discuss their health issues, receive a diagnosis, and obtain the necessary treatment to begin their path to recovery. These services are accessible seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Individuals aged 18 and above who are current residents of Wisconsin and physically present in the state are eligible to initiate a video consultation. Please note that our providers are authorized to offer telemedicine services exclusively in Wisconsin. Children under two years of age are not eligible for this service.

The medical conditions that can be addressed through these video consultations include:

  • Cough and sore throat
  • Diarrhea
  • Fever
  • Flu
  • Headaches

Apple Health users can securely share vital health statistics with the provider during their video consultation, including heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.
